- A couple of ideas, the Sportster is a class 1 modem, is this the version
- you have running of GPFax? Have you tried running something like DosTrace or
- SnoopDos to see what is being called and what is happening? Did you use (or
- has the modem config changed) from what is in the back of the manual? My
- modem is a Sportster 28.8k v34+ and I had some problems with the config
- changing when I closed the 'Environment screen' in GPFax. Also, my son
- 'experiments' at times and has been known to change my modem config by
- accident (from my term program no less). Have you completely uninstalled
- GPFax and tried re-installing it from scratch (including letting GPFax
- query the modem during the install)?
